Children
Children under the age of 18 may only use this website with permission from a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without the verified permission of a parent or guardian. If we become aware of such information it will be immediately purged from our systems. To purchase an item from this website you must either be 18+, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
Payment Options:
We are based in California and therefore only accept transactions in US Dollars. We accept most major credit cards. The billing address must match the address listed on your credit card. All credit card orders are verified with the cardholder's bank and will be canceled if the information is incorrect. Please make sure that the telephone numbers and email addresses are correct. The telephone number must be a landline, mobile phone numbers will not be accepted.
Credit cards are not charged until we confirm item availability or ship the items to you. However, at the time you place the order we reserve the right to pre-authorize your order amount with the issuer of your card, and this may have an effect on your available credit line.
Shipping
All items will be shipped using FedEx/UPS rates and services. Most items are processed and shipped within one business day. If there is a delay you will be notified via email.

Tax
As we are physically located in California we are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipping within the state. We do not charge sales tax on out of state orders, it is the responsibility of the customer to deal with their own states use tax if applicable.
Security & Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy and any personal information that you supply to us. If you accept our Agreement, you are expressly consenting to our use and disclosure of your personal information supplied to us in accordance with the terms of our License. We use the industry standard security protocol, SSL (Secure Socket Layer), to protect the transmission of information from your browser to our server.
Any information we collect either directly from information you provide, or indirectly from the use of cookies or other sources, will only be used to provide you, the customer, with the products and services requested. We only share this information when required by law, or when needed by our third-party partners to deliver the products and services you requested. Your credit card information will only be seen and used by our billing department to process your order. This information will be automatically deleted from our servers after 3 days. If you request a refund it will be issued in the form of store credit unless you provide us with the credit card information used to make the purchase.
Return Policy
Guns Fishing & Other Stuff will process the exchange of products that require size correction or items that were damaged during shipping as a result of an error by Guns Fishing & Other Stuff during the processing and packaging of your order. Any authorized exchange/return MUST be returned in new condition, in the original manufacturers packaging, with all manufacturer labeling or product tags attached. NO items with damaged packaging, removed tags, or purchased more than 15 days previously will be accepted. No credit for shipping or handling costs will be given unless it is deemed to be the error of Guns Fishing & Other Stuff in the processing or shipment of your order.
All other returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Buyer will be responsible for ALL shipping costs.
Guns Fishing & Other Stuff can not be held responsible for damaged or
lost products during shipping.

No warranties or guarantees are made by GFOS for products sold.
All products are warranted or guaranteed by the manufacture.
Do not send any product back to GFOS for repairs or warranty work
